Ascom vollzieht die Kapitalherabsetzung nach Abschluss des Aktienrückkaufprogramms

Nach Abschluss des Aktienrückkaufprogramms am 19. Juni 2026 hat die Ascom Holding AG die damit verbundene Kapitalherabsetzung vollzogen.
Die im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufprogramms zurückgekauften 3'000'000 Namenaktien, zum Zweck einer anschliessenden Kapitalherabsetzung, wurden vernichtet. Dadurch verringert sich das Aktienkapital von Ascom entsprechend.
Das Aktienkapital von Ascom beträgt neu 16'500'000 CHF, aufgeteilt auf 33'000'000 Namenaktien mit einem Nennwert von je 0.50 CHF.
